Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator in Carthage, MO to orchestrate the service delivery process for Arcwood customers from onboarding through invoicing. You will collaborate across Technical Solutions, Logistics, and Billing to ensure timely, compliant service delivery and accurate pricing updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience (required) -OR-
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of customer experience, project management, or office experience (required)
• Previous experience within environmental waste or a related technical area (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the service delivery process for Arcwood customers.
• Leads the customer through the entire service delivery process and onboarding.
• Maintains ownership of communications for all aspects of the service delivery process.
• Provides standard quotes for Tier 4 customers and transitions inquiries to Sales.
• Assists with billing, shipping docs, and invoicing coordination.
• Coordinates with Technical Solutions, Logistics, and Billing to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintains records of customer contacts and requirements in Arcwood systems.
