Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to orchestrate the service delivery process for customers, guiding them from profiling to information transfer for invoicing.

You will coordinate with Technical Solutions, Logistics, and Billing, manage onboarding, ensure accurate quotes, and maintain communications across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience (required)
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of customer experience, project management or office experience (required)
• Previous environmental waste or related technical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates service delivery for Arcwood customers from onboarding to invoicing
• Serves as primary point of contact within assigned service center for customers
• Coordinates input from Technical Solutions, Logistics, and Billing at appropriate stages
• Creates and updates customer profiles and quotes; transitions support to Sales as needed
• Transfers information to Billing and ensures timely, accurate invoicing
