Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate in Seattle with hybrid in-office work. You will handle inbound calls, process customer orders, and keep CRM and ERP records up to date, while tracking orders and coordinating with carriers.

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree (preferred), about 2 years in customer care or order management, and strong written and verbal communication, analytics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office plus SAP or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
• 2 years experience in customer care, order management, distribution, inventory management, transportation, demand and supply planning, or related areas is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls through the Genesys phone system and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Receive and submit orders on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Facilitate customer credit requests and maintain account settings with updates in CRM and related applications.
• Track orders using transportation tools and collaborate with carrier customer support when escalations are needed.
• Identify and resolve demand capture failures within defined SLA, while monitoring open orders daily according to the Daily Activity Schedule.
