Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate in Seattle for a hybrid contract role. You will receive and manage customer orders, optimize order flow, and resolve issues from order capture to delivery, while maintaining SLA and close customer advocacy.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training is provided, with an eight-person team and a two-week onboarding period in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in any setting.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receive and submit orders on behalf of customers.
• Identify and resolve demand capture failures within SLA.
• Monitor open orders and follow Daily Activity Schedule.
• Collaborate with customers or partners to resolve blocked orders within SLA.
• Optimize orders for greater logistical efficiency.
• Notify customers of Out of Stock or Stock Allocation issues.
• Coordinate with Order Fulfillment to resolve delivery note issues.
• Capture, create, and register all return requests.
• Assess Return Requests against Market Return Policy.
• Authorize returns that exceed policy thresholds with Sales.
• Verify returned products are sellable and document credit/debit value.
• Coordinate destruction or donation of goods when appropriate.
• Ensure OS&D refusals have correct codes and pricing.
• Analyze refusals and propose mitigation actions.
