Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for assigned customers and shipments.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory with carriers and teams.
• Enter data in WMS/NEO to process orders and monitor inventory allocation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and communicate order status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipment packets and support gatehouse coverage as needed.
• Lead and mentor team members to meet deadlines and accuracy.
