Job summary

Dover Grease Traps in Fraser, MI, is seeking a motivated professional for a dual-role: Customer Solutions Representative and Dispatcher. This full-time position supports customer communications and driver scheduling, with hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

• Experience with multi-line phone systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer interactions (inbound/outbound calls, emails, SMS, and chat) professionally.
• Listen to and address inquiries, complaints, and requests with high levels of professionalism and satisfaction.
• Use case management systems to document, track, and resolve customer concerns.
• Confirm understanding of customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate daily activities and schedules for drivers to ensure productivity and quality.
• Optimize routing and dispatch efficiencies for service calls across divisions.
• Respond promptly to service requests, complaints, and concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, including hours of service for drivers.
• Manage weekend and on-call driver schedules as needed.
