Wasteology is seeking a Frontline Solutions Specialist to coordinate service requests, dispatch vendors, and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met. You will liaise between customers and vendors to deliver timely, accurate service updates and quotes.

The role emphasizes multitasking, data accuracy, and strong communication across teams, vendors, and customers, with a focus on timely resolutions and satisfying service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, operations coordination, or service management.
• Proven experience managing work orders, service requests, or ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and SLAs.
• Detail-oriented and organized with accurate data entry across systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve service issues and delays.
• Comfort working with multiple software platforms, including work order systems and vendor portals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, site contacts, and vendors.
• Ability to meet performance metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the customer work order system for incoming service requests.
• Schedule and dispatch vendors to locations based on requests or needs.
• Enter service requests into tracking systems and update statuses.
• Complete work orders within established timelines.
• Provide service updates with estimated and completed dates.
• Collect confirmations of completed services in systems.
• Communicate with customers to gather accurate service details.
• Prepare and provide quotes and coordinate service setup with vendors.
• Resolve issues by collaborating with vendors and customers.
• Build relationships with customers, site contacts, and vendors.
• Meet benchmarking metrics and KPIs including customer targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
