Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to support customers by offering thoughtful and knowledgeable solutions, troubleshooting product issues, and recommending products aligned with their business needs. You will work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure a seamless sales lifecycle for our customers.

You will also enter orders, prepare quotes, stay current on product knowledge, and respond to inquiries with a consultative approach to guide product

Qualifications

High School Diploma, or equivalent.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Intermediate experience using Microsoft office Suite.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class service by listening to customer needs and communicating solutions via phone or email.
Enter and create sales orders upon receipt of purchase orders, advising on future product forecasting.
Prepare accurate price quotes including shipping estimates and delivery dates.
Stay current with product knowledge to advise on best options for customers.
Respond to inquiries regarding adjustments, returns, credits or shipment tracking.
Partner with Regional Sales Manager to obtain pertinent customer information for sales support.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify optimal solutions for customers.
Establish customer relationships with a consultative approach and use product knowledge for guidance on selection.
Set up client accounts in internal CRM and maintain information.
