Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with orders, quotes, and customer interactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or in person.
• Influences gross profit through pricing negotiations within parameters.
• Adjusts non-contract pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels and expedites backorders.
• Sourcing products across various inventory sources and coordinating shipments.
• Handle returns and assist other CSRs as needed.
