Job summary

Motion Industries in the United States is seeking a CSR Specialist to operate with minimal direction, handling non-routine inquiries, researching as needed, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

You will act as a subject matter expert on technical products, develop relationships within customer organizations, and support the sales team by promoting Motion’s products, negotiating pricing within policy, and ensuring accurate orders, billing, and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years related experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes and takes orders via multiple channels.
• Relates to all technical customer support activities and promotes Motion products.
• Negotiate sale prices within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Maintain relationships with customers; ensure billing, collection and timely requests.
• Select inventory sources and coordinate orders for on-time delivery.
• Provide coaching to less experienced team members and assist with technical needs.
