Job summary

International Medical Group is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in Minnesota to support customers with knowledgeable product recommendations and troubleshooting. You will partner with Regional Sales Managers to ensure a seamless sales life cycle and build consultative relationships.

You will set up client accounts in CRM, prepare quotes, and stay current on product knowledge to advise on best options while collaborating across internal teams for optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years customer service experience; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service by listening to customers' needs and communicating solutions.
• Enter purchase orders and create sales orders, advising on future product forecasting.
• Prepare accurate price quotes including shipping charges and delivery dates.
• Stay current with product knowledge to advise on the best options.
• Respond to inquiries about adjustments, returns, credits or shipment tracking.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to gather customer information for sales support.
• Communicate with internal departments to identify the best solutions for customers.
• Set up client accounts in the internal CRM and maintain accurate records.
