Job summary

Talentify in Seguin, TX seeks a Service Department Customer Service Admin to support the Service Manager and a team of technicians and contractors.

You will handle inbound calls, verify homeowner information, schedule work orders, coordinate parts delivery, and ensure accurate documentation in the system. This role requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of customer service experience, with bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from homeowners and retailers in designated areas.
• Verify homeowner information and assemble work orders with required details.
• Notify homeowners that work orders are in progress and review warranties.
• Assign technicians to homeowners within geographic area.
• Write work orders for service technicians/contractors and list parts needed.
• Coordinate parts delivery (FedEx, company trucks, carriers).
• Finalize work orders and close out in Deacom system; participate in weekly coordination meetings.
