American State Bank is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to guide daily teller operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead frontline staff, ensure transaction accuracy, and support branch efficiency with strong leadership and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach frontline teller staff through training, coaching, scheduling, and communication.
• Oversee daily teller and branch operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and account maintenance.
• Review and balance operational reports, including NSF activity, teller totals, ATM totals, and cash reconciliations.
• Support frontline service by assisting customers and working on the teller line.
• Manage branch cash operations, including ordering, balancing, and validating cash and checks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through document reviews, audits, and risk monitoring.
• Coordinate payroll submission, reporting, account services, and administrative documentation.
• Manage branch supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support day-to-day operations.
• Support customer programs and community initiatives like Kids Club and school banking.
• Oversee overall branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a positive customer experience.
