You will prep, cook, and learn across kitchen stations, converse with guests about menu offerings, and support the team during busy periods while maintaining safety standards and DIG’s policies.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains per recipes.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and delivery/packout.
• Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to enhance their experience.
• Support team during peak times and contribute wherever needed.
• Maintain safety and DIG food safety standards; uphold anti-discrimination policies.
• Contribute to the mission of rebuilding the food system.
