Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a supervisory leader for our customer service team to oversee inbound and outbound calls both remotely and onsite in the United States. The role ensures policy adherence, resolves escalated issues, and provides coaching to staff.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer service, 1-2 years in supervision, and strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3+ years of customer service or related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Proven knowledge of customer service practices and processes; strong coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities of associates to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and call standards.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Provide coaching and call support to associates.
• Interview and hire customer service associates.
• Travel on business for meetings or events as needed.
