Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related discipline with 2+ years in lawn/horticulture service management.
• Bachelor’s degree and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate service quality and minimize customer complaints through procedures.
• Coach and develop lawn specialists and trainees.
• Recruit, interview and staff the service function efficiently.
• Plan training, safety policies and procedures for staff.
• Supervise technicians to meet production and sales goals.
• Manage schedules, monitor duties, and prepare reports.
• Promote teamwork and maintain positive morale among personnel.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
