Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all duties of Customer Service Representatives.
• Manage time and attendance for CSRs.
• Delegate workloads to team members and monitor goals and performance.
• Provide feedback on performance and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.
• Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service to customers.
• Recruit for open positions, review resumes and interview candidates.
• Coach and train employees as required.
• Lead or participate in department improvement efforts.
• Capture and report data related to the department.
