Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead branch operations, coach Branch Managers, and drive sales, service, profitability and asset management across the region.

You will hire, train, evaluate, and provide performance feedback while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Coordinate inventory, CRM activities and staffing in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• 4 Year degree or equivalent.
• HVAC wholesale knowledge.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of warehousing, inventory and facility lease agreement.
• Strong knowledge of sales P&L’s.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedures, policies, safety standards and work instructions are followed across branches.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints and transactions when necessary.
• Supervise and conduct Branch Visit Guide; follow-up and resolve deficiencies.
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs; ensure adequate product inventory is available and in good condition.
• Resolve operations issues by communicating with DOM/Regional Manager or corporate office.
• Ensure account sales are monitored and CRM activities are performed.
• Review branch P&L’s and provide guidance to improve underperforming areas.
• Work with Region Manager and Territory Sales Manager to achieve regional sales goals.
• Coordinate with HR to develop staffing pipelines and participate in Branch Manager Training (BMT).
• Ensure training for employees and collaborate with corporate HR/trainers.
