Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC in American Fork, Utah is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, staff scheduling, and ensure timely completion of duties across the team. You will review hours and PTO in Kronos, manage sales, inventory, and cash reconciliations, and build strong relationships with customers while entering calls in CRM.

You will coach staff, address disciplinary actions with HR, and drive profitability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch or similar operations management role.
• Experience with Kronos timekeeping and PTO processes.
• Knowledge of P&L and budgeting.
• Ability to implement safety, quality, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Review hours, PTO, and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Maintain sales, credits, inventory, and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain CRM records for all sales calls.
• Coach staff, address disciplinary actions with HR.
• Drive profitability and continuous improvement.
• Process purchase orders, manage stock and warranty processing.
• Review P&L and ensure safety and facility maintenance.
