Job summary

Daikin Comfort in Elizabethtown, KY seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, customer service and profitability. You will lead the branch team, enforce policies, manage budgeting, audits, and maintain inventory to meet delivery expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L understanding, HVAC knowledge preferred, and ability to coach staff, build relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and staffing, approve hours and PTO.
• Audit processes to meet safety, security, and policy standards.
• Maintain inventory, process orders, and manage cash reconciliations.
• Coach staff, foster teamwork, and ensure timely training.
• Plan for profitability and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
