Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• 2+ years of banking experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize for excellent service.
• Professional dress and demeanor; PC proficiency.
• Must meet SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act requirements and NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and actively promote bank products.
• Open and maintain various customer product accounts and resolve issues.
• Coach CSR staff in referral opportunities when needed.
• Assist loan applications and refer customers to relevant departments.
