Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach CSR staff to maintain service standards.
• Maintain and balance a working cash supply.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Refer customers to other lines of business (mortgage, cash management, commercial, trust).
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with banking regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
