Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a banking or financial institution is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with banking software and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
