Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) to lead store operations and deliver outstanding service. You’ll work with peer supervisors and store leaders to boost sales, keep the store safe, organized, and fully stocked, and participate in building a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail or food service is a plus.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support and collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals in sales, expenses, retention and training.
• Lead, motivate, and train Associates to drive sales and performance during shift.
• Ensure consistent execution of customer service programs, policies, and store technology components.
• Manage cash processes, inventory, vendor check-ins, and store safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory by performing regular cycle counts and smart ordering.
