Big Lots is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores by providing essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

As a Customer Service Associate you will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, complete transactions, and answer store questions while helping maintain a clean, well-stocked environment.

This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and rewards reliability with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/food/hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with shelving.
• Assist in unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
• Ensure a safe shopping environment by staying aware of customer activity.
• Perform other duties to support store operations.
