Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district. You will focus on customer service, property maintenance, and daily leasing activities, including payments and unit showings.

The role emphasizes strong customer relations, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team to meet performance goals. Daytime hours with potential Sundays off are typical, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Outgoing and positive personality with a passion for helping people.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, take payments, and handle deposits.
