Job summary

Michaels in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and process fast, accurate checkout transactions. You will participate in stock, planograms, and merchandising recovery to keep the store in-stock and inviting.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, handling BOPIS/SFS processes, and following SOPs while maintaining safety and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram activities.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies while promoting a positive image.
