MichaelsSEA-SEATTLE/INTERBAY, WA is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help with merchandising, stock, and omni-channel processes in a dynamic retail environment.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, knowledge of rewards programs, and adherence to store SOPs while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and store recovery
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact positively and be a role model; cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
