Job summary

Hughes Exterminators in Naples, FL is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administrative assistance to internal and external customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

As the first point of contact, you will handle scheduling, payments, file updates, and outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid, contributing to a smooth service center operation.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist with scheduling service, taking payments, and updating customer files.
• Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Maintain a team-oriented environment to meet monthly service center goals.
