Hughes Exterminators in Tampa, FL is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide comprehensive service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. The position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

The role involves acting as the first point of contact, handling scheduling, payments, and updating customer files, and making outbound calls to ensure appointments and payments are completed.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.
