Job summary

Hughes Exterminators in Florida is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional pest control services to existing and former customers by phone. You will also provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data.

The role requires exceptional customer service and meeting daily call volume standards. This position earns an hourly rate plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone skills are required to handle inbound/outbound calls with customers.
• Basic computer skills are needed to navigate scheduling and payment systems.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone.

• Manage payment data and ensure accurate documentation.
