Stark Exterminators in Florida is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to service center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

As the first point of contact, you will handle incoming calls, help schedule service, collect payments, and maintain accurate customer files. You will also connect with customers to ensure accounts are paid and services are scheduled efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and a 40-hour work week.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.
