Job summary

Hughes Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to Service Center customers. The role is paid at an hourly rate based on experience, with generous benefits including time off, holidays, retirement plans, and health coverage.

You will be the first contact for customers, scheduling services, handling payments, and maintaining accurate files, while collaborating with a team to meet monthly goals and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a 40-hour workweek.
• Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Help schedule services, process payments, and update customer records.
• Reach out to customers via outbound calls to ensure technician scheduling and accounts are paid.
• Maintain a helpful, solution-focused approach to create a positive customer experience.
