Job summary

Hughes Exterminators in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who will provide uncompromised service support and administration to our Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

As the first point of contact, you will handle calls, scheduling, payments, and updating customer files. You will work in a team to ensure invoices are paid and service goals are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist with scheduling services, taking payments, and updating files.
• Reach out to customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
