Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure, Inc. is seeking a customer service-focused professional to handle day-to-day operations, assist customers, and manage calls in a fast-paced environment.

You will schedule service appointments, route deliveries for bottled water and salt, and maintain data in NetSuite while supporting basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
