Culligan Ultrapure is hiring to support day-to-day customer service operations in Waterloo, IA. You will assist customers, answer calls, schedule service appointments, and route deliveries for bottled water and salt while maintaining data in NetSuite.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, basic Excel, and foundational accounting knowledge. A high-energy, customer-focused approach is essential with strong reliability and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Route scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Responsibilities
