Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is hiring for a front-line customer service role focused on daily operations, assisting customers, scheduling service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt. You will enter data in NetSuite and support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks. A strong energy and commitment to customer care are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Energy and passion for excellent customer care.

Position Description:

Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt, maintaining and entering data in NetSuite, and supporting basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Job Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred with hands‑on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
