Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Entry specialist to support select territories by ensuring accurate and timely order entry, tracking, and expediting. You will resolve issues related to art, production, or quality in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with sales agents, customers, manufacturing, credit and accounting, and merchandising teams to maintain records, process bulk POs and EDI orders, and support product setup and inventory

Qualifications

• Four years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify orders; communicate missing or non-standard requirements.
• Track orders and monitor fulfillment timelines.
• Process bulk PO spreadsheets and EDI POs.
• Enter and manage art, inventory, and SKU data in Oracle.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and finance to resolve issues.
• Support retailers with product setup and order changes.
