Job summary

Walsworth in Fulton, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to serve as the primary contact for external and internal customers. You will ensure jobs are expedited through production and make discretionary judgments that affect operations, communicating them to the customer.

You will work with Scheduling and Manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries, handle proofs and shipping, maintain records, and support cost variances while providing exceptional service to maintain revenues.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with production systems is a plus.
• Team-oriented, detail-driven and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders, review specifications and enter jobs into production systems.
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate cover impositions, dummy books and press tests with customers.
• Log proofs, communicate with operators, and maintain required records.
• Prepare shipping instructions and manage fulfillment orders and inventory.
• Perform retention outreach and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.
