Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Filtration Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, handle order entry and changes, and resolve issues. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and customers to ensure satisfaction.

You will work closely with Shipping and cross-functional teams to support orders and maintain high service levels. Strong MS Office skills and prior experience in customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or inside account experience preferred.
• Experience with mainframe-driven systems (MSS, On Demand) and SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across all aspects of the order lifecycle, including order entry, changes, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Shipping for urgent/expedited shipments.
• Partner with Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Sales teams.
• Provide division support to other departments as needed.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, IM and chat regarding order status, price/availability, promptly and professionally.
