Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver stellar service to our premier customers by handling online requests, coordinating with sites and plants, and guiding orders through day-to-day challenges.

You will enter orders, respond quickly to inquiries, liaise with production, manage changes, and support on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years customer service/account management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enters orders into computer system, verifies all information entered, interfaces with shipping as needed and maintains files for this paperwork.
• Responds quickly and accurately to customer requests.
• Acts as liaison between customer and production to expedite processes.
• Handles cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicates updates to internal teams or customers.
• Maintains liaison with Manufacturing to ensure attainable delivery dates within the on-time delivery program.
