Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer purchase orders via email, EDI, and portals.
• Manage acknowledgments, scheduling, pricing inquiries, and changes in ERP.
• Resolve customer concerns with timely follow-up and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct order fulfillment and data records.
• Process warranties, returns, credits, and reimbursements per procedures.
