Job summary

Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corporation is seeking a proactive Customer Service and Order Entry professional in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role centers on delivering superior service, accurate order processing, and responsive RFQ handling to support sales and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, a relevant degree, and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central. A strong emphasis on clear communication and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Microsoft Business Central strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills with conflict resolution focus.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service and develop strong customer relationships.
• Promptly and professionally process all customer orders and inquiries per company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information including shipment methods and terms.
• Ensure order accuracy and minimize credit memos and RMAs due to entry errors.
• Process orders and quotes in a timely manner and provide shipment/confirmation dates.
• Create and process SDRs when necessary.
• Maintain documentation on customers, distributors, and potential customers.
• Assist sales and technical support with accurate order entry and shipment monitoring.
• Support Accounts Receivable in collecting delinquent payments.
• Provide market feedback to improve lead-times and service.
