The role emphasizes clear communication, proactive follow-up, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting; prior customer service/order entry experience and proficiency with ERP systems like Epicor are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• One or more years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with an ERP system preferred.
• Familiarity with online ordering platforms preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage large amounts of phone calls and emails in a polite, professional and timely manner.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Compile information from the customer, examine the problem, and give information regarding product availability, pricing and shipping.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives as quickly as possible.
• Use ERP system, Epicor, to submit orders, track orders, and track parts.
• Build positive relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
