Job summary

United Safety and Survivability Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, and resolving issues across engineering, procurement and operations interfaces. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will handle quotes, orders, and inquiries for OEMs and end-users, manage the RMA process, and support product knowledge for Fireboy, Xintex and Aetna

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is required.
• Experience with Salesforce and EDI is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain superior customer service standards for OEMs and End Users.
• Review quotes, create quotes, and enter customer orders.
• Evaluate and resolve issues related to product, shipping, warranty, or payment.
• Schedule orders to meet customer requirements and internal planning.
• Manage the RMA process for returns and warranty considerations.
• Learn all products including Fireboy, Xintex and Aetna Engineering.
