Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies in a timely manner
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other areas to support best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
