Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Home Décor. The role supports flexible schedules, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates communicate well, handle basic tasks quickly, and maintain store standards. Training is provided, and associates may assist with loads and inventory as needed.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform related duties for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are available and organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
