Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at 2875 Santa Maria Way, Santa Maria, CA. You’ll be the face of our service, assist customers with rentals, use U-Scan tech to dispatch equipment, and help with inspection and setup of trucks and trailers.

Flexible, fast-paced, and team-driven environment with hands-on training and advancement opportunities. Qualifications include a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
