Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with products and rentals. You will help manage equipment, dispatch with U-Scan technology, and ensure clean and safe vehicles are ready for customers.

The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement, with a rewards program and benefits available to eligible employees. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
