Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers with products, rentals, and equipment inspections. You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch equipment and provide education on services. Training and certifications are available on the job.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
